Office Administrator


Our client is an international hotel group and on their behalf we are looking for an Arabic speaking Office Administrator to be based at their Dubai Head Office.

Our client is an international hotel group and on their behalf we are looking for an Arabic speaking Office Administrator to be based at their Dubai Head Office.
Key responsibilities will include:
-      Creating Arabic copy for brand and hotel collaterals, to include advertising, social media and website content together with the marketing department.
-      Review and validate Arabic copy and make the appropriate changes in line with the brand tone of voice.
-      Responsible for the management of the regional office of an International hotel management company. This includes: responsible for human resources for the regional office team. Handling the legal document for the regional office. Management of the office, including IT equipment.
-      Basic accounting including cash expense management for the Vice President, office expenses and bill payments.
-      Managing the calendar and day-to-day appointments of the Vice President in support with his Personal Assistant.
-      Organising travel plans, book tickets and necessary travel requirements for regional office team.
-      Corresponding on behalf of the Vice President when required.
-      Assisting the Vice President in any tasks or duties assigned accordingly.
 Fluency in written and spoken Arabic is a must.
The package our client is offering will depend on experience, between AED 12,000 – 15,000 all inclusive.
