The mission is to create a culture of development and career progression within the property. The focus will be to support/ increase Guest and Associate satisfaction through a series of programmes and business intervention tools.
The HR department consists of a team of 33 with a mix of 12 cultures and nationalities.
The key tasks of the role will be –
- Delivery of programs to HOD level
- Design of programs and business critical intervention tools
- Manage the twice yearly PDR process
- Manage the departmental trainers process
- Manage the cross training process
- Support monthly Let’s Celebrate program
- Manage the LNA analysis
- Produce monthly statistics relating to L&D Dashboard
- Advise /monitor on L&D expenditure to DHR
The successful candidate will have 2 -3 years previous experience as an Assistant Training Manager / or Training Manager as well as previous Middle east experience in a 4 /5 star hotel.
He/she will have track record of achieving guest and employee satisfaction. Will be creative, organised, with attention to detail with a critical eye. Ability to create training and business critical intervention tools.
Excellent knowledge of PC programmes - PowerPoint, excel, word, publisher is essential and so is fluency in written and spoken English.
Basic salary is USD 2500 - 2700 net + ex pat benefits.

• To periodically monitor the physical fitness of contractor employees in the kitchen and restaurant and ensure that medical examinations are carried out every 6 months in accordance to Company procedures.
• To carry out daily checks on the kitchen, restaurant and all other food outlets of the division to ensure that all furniture, equipment and utensils are well maintained and hygienically kept while proactively rectifying any situations that need immediate attention.

On their behalf we are looking for a Front Office Manager for the VIP Club. The position will report to the Director of Rooms at the property and the main scope of the role will be to provide guest services as well as supervision, direction and leadership in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by the hotel group. To ensure work process and performance are in compliance with Company practices, policies and standards.
For this position our client prefers Singaporean candidates, however will consider any other nationals that are able to speak fluent Mandarin or Malay. Fluency in English is a must as well as VIP service experience.
The basic salary is S$ 4000 gross x 13 months, generous annual performance related bonus scheme which will vary but can range from an additional 2 to 3 months salary, annual leave that starts at 14 days per annum, meals on duty, up to 14 days sick leave, in house doctor, uniform, discounted hotel room rates etc
